about me - and my family and most importantly eek!!!!!

First let me introduce the relevant people - I am Claire (age 36!) (on the left!) and I am the one who does the painting!! The man on the right is my husband David (36) who tidies up the mess I make when I paint!! The two little guys just below are our boys Jack (12) and Sam (10) who are always full of mischief and who keep our lives fun!!! - and the little mouse underneath - well he's eek!! - and despite a temporary glitch (!!) I have my little car in on the act too as you can see!

eek! i saw a mouse was created approx 4 years ago.   I don't (and never will!) claim to be an artist I just love to create things for others at affordable realistic prices and I let my work (and many many happy customers!!) speak for itself!  Painting is something that I love and find relaxing to do - I have no qualifications (other than the usual academic ones that I went to school to focus on!!) My inspiration comes from creating something that gives pleasure to other people - and my feedback is testament to the fact that I succeed on a daily basis. 

I am always happy to give advice - as I have done on numerous occasions to people who are looking at doing a similar thing.  If you have the time and the love for creating things then I believe you should give it a go - what do you have to lose?  Please feel free to contact me if you want some advice - or if you look at my work and think - I can do that - I am always happy to advise on the type of paints varnish etc that I use to help you create your very own special item.  I have got where I am in life by being friendly and approachable which is largely why I believe eek! i saw a mouse has proved such a success.  I feel that I really get to know my customers when creating their items and we have long email chats in the process!

Most people who know me think that I like to talk a lot (no!! you'd never have guessed from all the waffle above!)  - and I see no point in disputing it!!! I have no real intention of growing up (not just yet anyway!!!) and my philosophy seems to be working for now!! eek! (as both my company and the little mouse are affectionately known!) has taken over my life in many ways - I now have a large collection of imaginatively named mice (thanks to Sam!!) click here to see them!!

Also I know some of you out there like to be kept up to date with news on my twin nephews, Rhys & Tomos and my niece Seren - so they are here!!

Take a look around my site - it's always changing and I am always open to new ideas! The website is self written (a woman of many dubious talents!!!) and I do my best to keep it updated most weekdays but it doesn't always happen (sometimes a game of pictionary with the boys, a school trip,a therapeutic shop combined with a girly lunch or even a quick swim takes priority - but I'm sure you understand - we can't all be perfect can we??!!!) If you have any queries no matter how silly (remember I'm quite silly so what may seem odd to you is quite normal to me!) just email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can!

I do say that I only work weekdays, school hours and term times - but this would be in an ideal world!! My laptop is like a third limb and comes with me wherever I go so emails I will usually reply to as soon as they come in and I am around! I will work extra hours and extra hard to make sure that I can fit in with your requirements - I really am prepared to be as flexible as possible!!
